How do I get a gift card?

Simply go to verbhive.com/gifts to order online. Upon payment, we will email you the digital gift card which you can use once you enroll.

How much is the gift card?

Each card is holds a value of $120 or PHP 6,000 equivalent to the course fee of one language course.

Can I use it for any language course?

Yes, the gift card can be used for any of the language courses available at verbhive.com with the equivalent value.

How do I use the gift card to enroll in a course?

To select the course you want to enroll in, visit our website at verbhive.com/courses to register in one of the courses. After registration, send us the gift card  as payment for the course fee by emailing hello@verbhive.com. 

How do I pay?

Payments are done offline via GCash, PayMaya, PayPal or bank transfer. The details will be emailed to you after placing an order.

Can I use the card more than once?

No, you cannot use the card once it has already been used. The card holds a value equivalent to the course fee of only one course.

Can I purchase multiple gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase multiple cards in one order.

How do I purchase multiple cards for one person?

To purchase multiple cards for the same person, enter the number of cards you wish to purchase and enter the same name for each card in your order.

Can the card be re-gifted? Can someone else use the card?

Yes, the card can be used by anyone; however, it can only be used once. 

Can I order a physical card?

No, unfortunately the gift cards are only digital.

Can I return the card for a refund?

Yes, the card can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of return.

Does the gift card expire?

Yes, the gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
